LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. - From left to right, U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Martha Ray, safety technician; Master Sgt. Heather Metzler, safety technician; Senior Master Sgt. Jerod Indorf, flight safety senior noncommissioned officer they earned three 2025 Air National Guard Safety Awards: as a team for best safety program, and individual honors for professional of the year and civilian of the year to Metzler and Deal, respectively. Their expertise and dedication are a standard of excellence, and have been integral to Airmen’s safety and the 189th Airlift Wing's aircraft conversion to the C-130J Super Hercules. Photo by Tech.
