To complain or raise concern without fear of reprisal is the right of any Soldier, Civilian or Family Member seeking the help of the Inspector General. Problem solving is one of the IG’s primary missions. At a minimum, we will ask these five questions:
1. What do you want the IG to do for you?
2. Do you have any supporting documents?
3. Is your chain of command aware of your issue?
4. Who else have you asked for assistance?
5. What is your status? (M-Day, AGR, Tech., etc?)
