TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - An Indiana National Guardsman with the 113th Engineer Battalion operates an excavator to demolish a building as part of an Innovative Readiness Training, or IRT, in partnership with the city of Terre Haute, Indiana, May 8, 2026. IRT is a collaborative program that leverages military contributions and community resources to multiply value and cost savings for participants.
