Introduction
The New Hampshire National Guard provides comprehensive educational support, guidance, and resources. Tuition assistance is available from the Federal level along with support from the State level through the State Tuition Waiver.

Army Credentialing Assistance Program
CA Virtual Counseling Cell (VCC)
Soldiers must send a message through an ArmyIgnitED to contact the VCC.

Body: Provide: Question, request CA 101 training, and/or add name, case number, title of course.
Important Deadlines
Federal Tuition Assistance (FTA): Service Members must submit FTA requests (TARs)
no later than 8 days prior to the course start date
. Supervisors must approve TARs no later than 5 days prior to the course start date. Service Members may submit TARs up to 60 days prior to a course start date. It is each Service Member’s responsibility to ensure accurate TARs are submitted and their supervisor approves them.
State Tuition Waiver (TW): To utilize the state Tuition Waiver, Soldier must exhaust all FTA first.
This should be submitted no later than 8 days prior to the tuition bill due date.
Credentialling Assistance: Credentialing assistance must be paid prior to the course start date. To ensure payments occur,
CA Requests (CARs) must be requested no later than 45 days from the start date
. Services Members may submit up to 90 days before the start date. It is each Service Member’s responsibility to ensure accurate CARs are submitted and their supervisor approves them.

All GI Bill benefits administered by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs that provides basic educational assistance for traditional/M-Day Soldiers actively serving in the selected Reserve.
